转化医学在医学生科研能力培养中的作用

摘　　要：随着现代医学科技的迅猛发展,提高医学生的科研创新能力已成为医学教育中的一项重要任务,如何提高医学生的科研创新能力也成为评价医学本科教学质量高低的关键影响因素之一。由于我国的医学生科研能力参差不齐,不利于高等医学院校快速有效地完成科研项目,因此本文从运用转化医学思维指导医学生科研管理和团队合作两个方面阐述医学生科研活动的意义和措施,为我国高等医学院校培养具备敏锐思维和全面素质新型复合型医学人才提供参考。Translational medicine is progressively becoming the mainstream of temporary international medical research. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of medical technology, the elevation of re- search ability of medical undergraduates is becoming a primary part in the medical education. There- fore, how to improve the research ability of undergraduates has gradually become one of the key factors of educational quality assessment for medical undergraduates. Facing the reality that Chinese un- dergraduates have differing ability of research, which research programs in advanced medical colleges, this may have various influence on the completion of article discusses the meaning and methods of using translational medicine thoughts in instructing undergraduates to arrange researching program and team work, aiming at providing a reference for national advanced medical colleges to cultivate compound medical talents with excellent thinking and comprehensive characters.
