摘　　要：分析了研究生学术道德的现状,针对导致研究生学术道德缺失的原因,提出了研究生学术道德教育与职业生涯规划教育、导师队伍建设、思想政治教育、研究生培养制度四结合的方案和具体措施,以期对改善研究生学术道德现状提供合理化建议。This paper analyzes the academic moral status of graduate students And contrapose the cau- ses of the deficiency of academic moral, this paper puts forward the plan and the specific measures of the education of academic ethicscombined with the education of career planning, teacher team con- struction, ideological and political education, the system of graduate education, in order to offer ra- tionalization proposals on graduate academic moral education, and improve the graduate academic moral situation.
