摘　　要：自2015年起,临床医学硕士研究生培养模式正式施行专业学位(住院医师)与学术型分流,这是我国研究生教育体系为适应多元化就业环境、培养复合型高级临床医生所做出的一项重大变革。此项变革在为我国研究生教育体系带来良好机遇与前景的同时,也将面临许多问题与挑战。Since 2015, the training of postgraduates has been distributed by clinical（resident） and academic type, which results from the diversified employment environment and finally promotes the training of interdisciplinary senior clinical doctors. Besides the good prospects and opportunities, this change will also bring many problems and challenges.
