摘 要:废旧家电产品逆向物流信息平台是废旧家电逆向物流运作和管理的基础,是实行废旧家电回收处理的必要措施。文章在分析了信息平台需求的基础上,设计了基于SOA(service-oriented architecture)架构的废旧家电逆向物流信息平台的集成方案和总体框架;确定了由业务流程层、业务服务层、业务应用层、信息支撑层和平台基础层构建的架构层次,并详细阐述了各层次组成及其功能;说明了物联网、XML、系统集成和大数据等关键技术在系统中的具体运用;针对平台的运作、效益和功能,建立了系统、可量化、客观的三级评价指标体系;并结合承担的项目给出了具体的实现实例,对于建立废旧家电逆向物流信息平台具有参考意义。The reverse logistics information platform of waste household appliances is the basis of operation and management of waste household appliances reverse logistics and the necessary measure to recycle the waste household appliances. Based on the analysis of the demands of an information platform, the integrated solutions and overall architecture of the reverse logistics information platform of waste household appliances based on service-oriented architecture(SOA) technology are designed. The architecture levels consisting of business process level, business service level, business application level, information support level and platform base level are determined, and the composition and functions of all the levels are elaborated. The application of key technologies including Internet of Things, XML, system integration and big data is illustrated. A complete, quantifiable, objective three-level evaluation index system is established in view of the operation, benefit and function of the platform. And the specific implementation example based on a project is presented. The study can provide a reference for the establishment of reverse logistics information platform of waste household appliances.
