摘　　要：以一起DCS温度卡件雷击损毁事故为例,介绍了接地网电气完整性测试分析、循泵房防雷等级划分及相应的外部防雷措施情况,探讨了直击雷和感应雷两种危害产生的事故原因。结合接地阻抗、导通测试数据及现场检查发现的接地扁钢锈蚀断裂情况,对接地网安全性状态进行评估并指出潜在的风险。依照标准规程及反措要求,提出了加装外部防雷措施、开展主接地网电气完整性测试、地网腐蚀情况开挖检查、信号电源回路装设SPD、屏蔽5个方面预防措施,对DCS的改造、运行及防雷设计具有借鉴意义。With one of the accidents came from lightning failure of the temperature module of DCS as example, the electrical integrity testing and analysis of the grounding grid, the partition of lightning protection hierarchy for circulating water pomp house, and corresponding external lightning protection measures are introduced; the causes of the accident are investigated from two types of the harm ways, i. e. direct lightning stroke and induction thunder. Combining with grounding impedance, conduction test data, and the corrosion fracture of grounding tlat steel found in on - site inspection,the security conditions of the grounding grid is evaluated and the potential risks are pointed out. In accordance with the standard procedures and requirements of anti -measures, five preventive measures are proposed, including installing external lightning protection facilities, electric integrity test of main grounding grid; excavation inspection of grounding grid corrosion, equipping SPD for signal power supply loops, and shielding. These provide references for DCS retrofit, operation, and lightning protection design.
