摘　　要：目的 :检验管理方、供方、需方和社会方对课题组构建的"基于社区的孕产妇保健集体干预模式"的认可程度,明确该模式的价值。方法 :对上海、北京、常州8个社区中参加干预模式的各方进行现场调查和关键知情人访谈。结果 :基于社区的孕产妇保健集体干预模式受到各方认可并对各方有益。结论 :该模式是现有孕产妇保健服务的有益补充,并可优化社区孕产妇保健服务功能,提高孕产妇健康自我评估能力。Objective： To test the acceptability of ＂collective intervention model for maternal health care in community＂ for the leader of community, community doctors, pregnant women and their families. Methods： The acceptability of carrying out collective intervention model was surveyed in Changzhou. Results： The study demonstrated that collective intervention eight communities in Shanghai was acceptable for all parties , Beijing and and could be performed by the communities. Conclusion： Collective intervention model is an appropriate channel that can be used strategically for improving the services of community maternal health and the ability of self health assessment of pregnant women.
