摘 要:目的探讨高压氧治疗对重型颅脑外伤患者免疫功能的影响。方法将60例重型颅脑外伤患者分成两组,并给予不同治疗。采用美国Becton Dickinson公司的FAC-SCalibur流式细胞仪检测技术和免疫比浊法对两组患者治疗前后细胞免疫和体液免疫功能进行检测并比较。结果治疗前,治疗组和对照组细胞免疫和体液免疫的各项指标比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8比值显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组免疫球蛋白IgG、补体C3和C4显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论高压氧治疗可以提高重型颅脑外伤患者早期免疫功能,对于预防感染、减少并发症、提高治愈率等有着重要的意义。Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the immune function of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods A total of 60 severe craniocerebral trauma patients were divided into two groups, and given different treatments. By FAC-SCalibur flow cytometry (Becton Dickinson Company U. S. ) and immune turhidimetry, cell immunity and humoral immune function were determined and compared before and after treatment in the two groups of patients. Results Before treatment, the indexes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity showed no statistical difference between treatment group and control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). After treatment, T lymphocyte subsets and CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 ratio in treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Immunoglobulin IgG, complement C3 and C4 in treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the early immune function of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma, and is of an important significance in prevention of infection, reduction of complications, and improvement of cure rate and others.
