摘　　要：目的对自行编制的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者报告临床结局(PRO)量表进行信度、效度和可接受性评价。方法利用COPD-PRO量表在太原市13家医院和社区卫生中心进行大规模的正式调查,总计发放问卷430份,进行最终量表的信度、效度、可接受性等计量心理学特征评价。结果 COPD-PRO量表包含52个条目。生理领域、心理领域、社会领域和治疗领域的克朗巴赫α系数分别为:0.893、0.898、0.755、0.664,总量表0.923;验证性因子分析结果显示该量表具有较好的结构效度;调查表的回收率、有效率均达到90%以上。结论COPD-PRO量表具有较高的信度、效度和可接受性。Objective To evaluate the reliability, validity and acceptability of a self-developed scale on pa- tient-reported outcomes （PRO） of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods A survey was conducted using COPD-PRO scale in 13 hospitals and community health centers in Taiyuan for large-scale formal investigation. A total of 430 questionnaires were distributed. The psychometric characteristics of the final COPD-PRO, including reliability, validity and acceptability were evaluated. Results The COPD-PRO scale contained 52 entries. The Cron-bach＇s α coefficients of the physiological domain, psychological domain, social sphere, therapeutic domain, and the total COPD-PRO were 0.893, 0.898, 0.755, 0.664, and 0.923, respectively. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale had good structural validity. The response rate and the effective rate of the questionnaire were more than 90%. Conclusion COPD-PRO scale has high reliability, validity and acceptability.
