摘　　要：通过查阅文献、书籍等对近年来国内外意外伤害院前急救知识和技能培训现状进行综述。认为国内对公众意外伤害院前急救知识技能普及现状堪忧,高校大学生作为意外伤害的高危群体,对其开展院前急救能力培训迫在眉睫。This paper reviewed the current situation of the pre-hospital first aid knowledge and skills training in the domestic and overseas in recent years by consulting the literature,books and so on.It thought that the current situation of the pre-hospital first aid ability knowledge and skills of public accidental injury in the domestic was worried.College students as a high-risk group of accidental injury,the training of the pre-hospital first aid ability of accidental injury is imminent.
