摘 要:为了适应未来部队装备模块编组、体系保障的要求,在界定最小维修单元、维修组时标准等概念的基础上,通过对战时车辆装备战损抢修等级分析,建立了维修组时需求预计模型和可用组时预计模型,提出了基于最小维修单元的维修人员需求量计算方法。实践证明,该方法体现了战时装备维修多专业工种多层次人员相互协同的作业特点,克服了车辆装备保障人员编配传统计算方法存在的缺陷,为部队战时保障力量配置提供了一个新的思路。To adapt the requirement of equipment module organization and system security in future force, after analyzing the level of dealing with damaged wartime vehicle equipment on the base of defining the concept of minimum maintenance unit and maintenance time standard, the paper establishes maintenance time demand estimation model and available time estimation model, and puts forward demand calculation method based on minimum maintenance unit. The practice shows that this method has embodied the cooperation characteristics among multiple work types and various personnel, and has overcome the shortcoming of traditional calculation method, which has provided a new thought for wartime support force allocation.
