摘　　要：为建立一套适合我军未来军事战略需要的港口物流军事运用体系,也为军民融合式港口物流的军事运用提供理论支撑,对军民融合式港口物流军事运用的法规体系、管理机构、运用范围、运用流程等进行了研究,并提出军民融合式港口物流军事运用过程中应注意的问题。In order to establish a system which is fit for future military needs in our army and provide theory support for mil- itary application of civil-military integrated port logistics, the paper studies its legal system, management organization, and application scope and procedure. It also raises some problems that should be noticed in military application of eivil-miliatry integrated port logistics.
