代谢综合征中医证候特点研究

摘　　要：目的通过对代谢综合征(MS)症状、中医证候的分析,探讨MS中医证候特点及证候组合规律,为临床治疗提供依据。方法遴选MS患者200例,采用流行病学调查方法,客观填写统一的病例调查表,将调查所得数据建立数据库,采用统计学方法分析MS症状分布特点及其中医证候分布、证候组合形式的规律。结果 MS常见症状为神疲乏力、口干咽燥等16个;9个主要证候的出现频率由大到小依次为气虚证、痰湿证、血瘀证、阴虚证、湿热证、燥热证、肾虚证、气郁证、阳虚证;证候组合中2证组合占复合证候组成的50%,其中实证以痰湿证+血瘀证多见,虚证以气虚证+阴虚证多见。3证组合占复合证候的50%,均为虚实夹杂证。结论 MS以复合证候为主;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平血瘀证均明显高于阴虚证及燥热证(P<0.05)。Objective To discuss the characteristics of TCM syndromes of metabolic syndrome （MS） and syndrome combination rules by analyzing symptoms of MS and TCM syndromes; To provide references for clinical treatment. Methods 200 patients with MS were chosen. Epidemiological investigation method was used. Standard case questionnaire was filled in objectively. The data were used to establish database. Statistical method was used to analyze characteristics of distribution, TCM syndrome distribution, and syndrome combination rules of MS. Results There were 16 common symptoms of MS, such as fatigue and thirst; frequency of 9 common symptoms in descending order was qi-deficiency syndrome, phlegm-damp syndrome, blood-stagnation syndrome, yin-deficiency syndrome, damp-heat syndrome, dryness-heat syndrome, kidney- deficiency syndrome, qi-depression syndrome, and yang-deficiency syndrome; two-syndrome combinations occupied 50% of all compound syndromes, among which excessive syndromes were mainly manifested as phlegm-damp syndrome ＋ blood-stagnation syndrome, and deficiency syndromes were mainly manifested as qi- deficiency syndrome ＋ yin-deficiency syndrome. Three-syndrome combinations occupied 50% of all compound syndromes, which were all syndromes of intermingled deficiency and excess. Conclusion MS mainly consists of compound syndromes. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol level of blood-stagnation syndrome is much higher than that ofyin-deficiency syndrome and dryness-heat syndrome （P〈0.05）.
