摘　　要：目的了解平凉市中医药适宜技术的群众普及、应用情况,分析影响中医药适宜技术发展、传承的因素。方法设计调查问卷,对平凉市区群众进行问卷调查。结果在166名有效调查者中,164名被调查者了解、熟悉1项或多项中医药适宜技术,161名被调查者接受过1项或多项中医药适宜技术诊疗,130名被调查者对中医药适宜技术信任度较高,136名被调查者认为其有较好的疗效,青年群体(<30岁)对于中医药适宜技术的了解程度较高。结论甘肃省平凉市城区中医药适宜技术在群众中认可度较高,应用面广,有较强的需求。此外,尚需确保中医药适宜技术有可靠的宣传途径,且制定收费标准和诊疗规范,有利于中医药适宜技术在民间的推广及应用。Objective To understand the popularization and application situation of TCM appropriate technologies in Pingliang City of Gansu Province; To analyze influence factors for the inheritance and development of TCM appropriate technologies. Methods Questionnaire was designed to randomly survey citizens in Pingliang City. Results Among the 166 valid respondents, 164 understood one or more TCM appropriate technologies; 161 received diagnosis and treatment from one or more TCM appropriate technologies; 130 trusted TCM appropriate technologies; 136 recognized curative effect of.TCM appropriate technologies. Young people （aged below 30） knew more about TCM appropriate technologies compared with the average. Conclusion TCM appropriate technologies in Pingliang City of Gansu Province have relatively high recognition, with wide application scope and high demand. Reliable propaganda methods of TCM appropriate technologies need to be ensured, and certain charging standards and standards for diagnosis and treatment should be established, which can be beneficial for nongovernmental popularization and application of TCM appropriate technologies.
