摘  要:体内诱导抗原技术(IVIAT)作为一种新兴的体内诱导基因筛选技术,相比其他筛选技术具有不需要动物模型的显著优势。大量试验证实体内诱导基因可能与病原微生物在机体内生存以及致病性相关,同时其表达产物也是良好的药物靶标和疫苗候选基因。论文综述了IVIAT的原理、操作步骤及优缺点,由于现阶段该技术在寄生虫病上应用较少,因此分析了其在寄生虫病上所具有的优势和可能存在的问题。In vivo induced antigen technology (IVIAT), as a new technology in vivo induced gene screen- ing, has significant advantages that surpasses other screening technologies, namely it doesn't need animal models. Numerous experiments confirmed that the in vivo induced genes may have a subtle relationship with the survival and pathogenic microorganismsy, and its expression products are also a well-functioned kind of drug target and the candidates of vaccine genes. This paper summarized the principles, steps, ad- vantages and disadvantages of IVIAT,at the present stage, with only a small quantity of application on pa- rastic diseases based on IVIAT, the advantages of IVIAT on parastic disease and the potential problems were analyzed in the paper.
