发展现代物流业助推重庆新型城镇化建设的路径研究

摘　　要：现代物流业是融合了运输、仓储和信息等产业的复合型服务产业。在重庆城镇化进程中,物流业与其他产业联动发展,已经成为保障制造业优化布局,提升消费服务环境,提高经济增长质量和效益,促进经济结构战略性调整的基础性产业。发展现代物流业不仅是重庆城镇化的重要任务,而且是解决城镇化所面临问题的有效手段。基于重庆的实际情况,从人口城镇化、经济城镇化、社会城镇化、空间城镇化及生态城镇化视角,探讨以发展物流业推动城镇化的途径,对于重庆的新型城镇化具有理论价值和现实意义。Modern logistics industry is a composite service industry which integrates transportation industry,storage industry and information industry. In the process of urbanization in Chongqing,closely linked with other industries,the logistics industry has become the basic industry which can guarantee manufacturing layout optimization,enhance consumer service environment,improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth,and promote strategic adjustment of economic structure. The development of modern logistics industry is not only an important task in the urbanization process in Chongqing,but also an effective way to solve the problems of urbanization. Based on the actual situation of Chongqing,exploring the way of developing logistics industry to promote the urbanization has theoretical and practical significance for the new urbanization,from the perspective of population urbanization,economy urbanization,social urbanization,space urbanization and ecological urbanization.
