摘 要:以γ-Al_2O_3载体,采用浸渍-蒸发法制备负载型多胺基离子液体(X[BF_4]/γ-Al_2O_3,X=[EDTAH]、[DETAH]、[TETAH]、[TEPAH]),以CO_2摩尔吸附量和平均CO_2吸附速率为评价指标,优选出对CO_2吸附效果最优的[TETAH][BF_4]/γ-Al_2O_3负载型离子液体,其对CO_2的吸附容量和平均吸附速率分别达到0.886 mmol CO_2/(g·SILs)和5.907×10^(-2)mmol CO_2/[(g·SILs)·min],进一步考察在不同温度、气体流量和负载比条件下该负载型离子液体对CO_2的吸附特性。结果表明,多胺基离子液体和载体共同影响着负载型离子液体对CO_2的吸附性能;[TETAH][BF_4]/γ-Al_2O_3吸附CO_2的最佳条件为负载比0.5:1~1:1、气体流量100 mL/min、温度60℃。γ-Al_2O_3-supported poly-amino based ionic liquids i. e.,[EDTAH][BF_4]/γ-Al_2O_3,[DETAH][BF_4]/γ-Al_2O_3,[TETAH][BF_4]/γ-Al_2O_3,and [TEPAH][BF_4]/γ-Al_2O_3,were prepared by impregnation-evaporation method. Based on evaluation indexs of the CO_2 mole adsorption capacity and the average CO_2 adsorption rate,[TETAH][BF_4]/γ-Al_2O_3 supported ionic liquid which had superior characteristics was selected,which the absorption capacity and the average adsorption rate of CO_2is0. 886 mmol CO_2/( g SILs) and 5. 907 × 10^(-2)mmol CO_2/ [( g SILs) ·min],respectively. The adsorption characteristics of [TETAH][BF_4]/γ-Al_2O_3 on CO_2under different temperature,gas flow rate and load ratio were further investigated. The results show that CO_2 adsorption performance of supported ionic liquid is affected by both poly-amino based ionic liquid and support. The optimal CO_2 adsorption condition is 0. 5∶ 1 ~ 1∶ 1 of load ratio,100 mL/min of gas flow rate,and temperature at 60 ℃.
