茶皂素的提取及其在洗发香波中的应用

摘　　要：以油茶榨油后产生的茶籽饼为主要原料,从中提取表面活性剂茶皂素,选择水提-醇萃改进新工艺法,通过单因素实验,考察了浸提温度、浸提时间、料液比等因素对茶皂素产量的影响。采用正交实验L_9（3~3）优化茶皂素的最佳提取工艺条件,同时,研究了茶皂素在洗发香波中的应用。结果表明,茶皂素最佳提取工艺条件为浸提温度90℃、浸提时间2.0 h,液料比1：6,此时茶皂素产量将达到8.5%。茶皂素洗发香波应用证明,加茶皂素的洗发香波与不加茶皂素相比,具有发泡性能强、使发质更光泽、更柔顺等优势。The resources of camellia oleifera after the utilization of tea seed cake as the main raw material,extracting surfactant-tea saponin from there,and explored tea-saponin extracting technology,and used some methods under laboratory conditions with physicochemical properties of saponin,and ultimately selected-aqueous extract alcohol extraction method. Examines liquid extraction,extraction time,temperature and other factors influence on the yield of tea saponin. Result showed that the optimum process conditions of extracting tea saponin as follows： extraction temperature 90 ℃,extraction time 2. 0 h,liquid-solid extraction ratio 1：6,the yield of tea saponin to 8. 5%. Meanwhile,the tea saponinapplication in shampoos were studied. Experiments show that,compared with tea saponin shampoo with and without the addition of tea saponin,has strong foaming properties,make hair more shiny,more supple and other advantages.
