摘　　要：2015年3月28日,《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》文件发布,意味着酝酿近两年的一带一路倡议正式以国家意志向内、向外宣传推进。一带一路倡议中蕴含的外交思想是对中华传统文化和传统外交理念的继承与创新,是对中国梦的外交战略延伸。其本身具有历史的必然逻辑,将承载着中国政府参与全球治理过程角色转型的重大使命。On March 28, 2015, a paper on vision and action to realize cooperative construction of ＂The Silk Road Economic Belt and Maritime Silk Road of 21st century 21＂ was released, which meant the initiative of One Belt and One Road was prom oted both at home and abroad as state will after nearly two years brew. The diplomatic thoughts containing in the One Belt and One Road initiative are in- heritance and innovation of Chinese traditional culture and diplomatic notion, the extension of China Dream diplomatic strategy. Them- selves possess the historically inevitable logic, which will load the significant mission for the Chinese government to take part in the role transformation in the process of global governance.
