摘　　要：以某地铁控制中心建筑为例,对该建筑在防火分区和安全疏散方面与现行防火设计规范条文进行对比分析,查找存在的问题。针对难点问题进行了火灾危险性分析,从消防扑救、防火分隔、安全疏散和方案模拟等方面进行性能化分析,提出了针对性强化措施,并提出了相应的防火技术措施建议,为类似的地铁控制中心建筑防火设计提供参考。Taking a control center of metro as example, the design of fire compartmentation and evacuation was analyzed based on the code to find the problems. The fire risk was anaiyzed according to the problems,and the performance-based fire protection design was carried out from the aspects of fire risk, fire separation, safety evacuation and scheme simulation, etc. The enhancement measures and fire protection technical meas ures were put forward to provide the reference to the fire protection design of similar control center of metro.
