摘　　要：血管生成素样蛋白2(Angptl2)作为一种分泌型糖蛋白,属于血管生成素样蛋白家族成员,可以促进血管的发生、组织修复、促进炎症反应、维持造血干细胞的细胞特性、抗细胞凋亡和促进肿瘤细胞的转移等,并且与糖尿病、白血病密切相关。脂肪组织、内皮细胞、巨噬细胞来源的Angptl2在多种心血管疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用,血小板来源的Angptl2在抗血栓形成中有重要作用。Angiopoietin-like protein 2 （Angptl2）, as a secretive glyeoprotein, is a member of angiopoie- tin-like protein family, which can promote angiogenesis, tissue repair, promote inflammation, maintain the characteristics of hematopoietie stern cells, resist apoptosis and promote the tumor metastasis and so on, and is closely related to diabetes,leukemia. Adipose tissue, endothelial cells, maerophages derived Angptl2 plays an important role in the development of a variety of cardiovascular diseases. But, and platelet-derived Angptl2 plays a crucial role in the inhibition of thrombosis.
