摘  要:建立了电子电气产品塑料部件中6种苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂的气质联用测定方法。该方法首先用四氢呋喃将测试样品完全溶解,形成澄清透明溶液,再用甲醇进行沉淀,离心分离后,清液用0.22μm滤膜过滤后进行气相色谱/质谱-选择离子监测模式测定,外标法定量。UV-320、UV-328和UV-329的检出限均为0.05mg/kg,UV-320和UV-327的检出限均为0.10mg/kg,UV-P的检出限为0.2mg/kg。在3个不同加标浓度水平下,方法的平均加标回收率为83.84~93.42%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)为1.78~3.84%。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于电子电气产品塑料部件中6种苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂的同时测定。Plastic components of electrical and electronic products were first dissolved completely by tetrahydrofuran to obtain a transparent solution, this solution was then precipitated with methanol, followed by centrifugal separation. The proposed solution was filtered by 0. 22μm membrane and then ana- lyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry-selected ion monitoring (GC/MS-SIM) technique. The concentration of each analyte was calibrated by external standard method. The limits of detection were all 0.05mg/kg for UV-320,UV-328 and UV-329. The limits of detection were all 0.10mg/kg for UV-326 and UV-327. The limit of detection was 0. 20mg/kg for UV-P. The spiked average recoveries changed from 83.84% to 93.42% under three different spiked levels while the relative standard deviation (RSD,n= 9) varied from 1.78% to 3.84%. The proposed method was simple,sensitive and reproducible,and applicable for the simultaneous determination of six benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers in plastic components of elec- trical and electronic products.
