摘 要:[目的]研究水杉人工林细根形态和生物量分布特征,为水杉人工林管理提供数据支持。[方法]利用根钻法,对水杉细根的形态参数(直径、长度、比根长、比表面积)和生物量进行测定。[结果]随着细根根序等级的增加,水杉细根直径和细根平均长度呈现增加趋势;一级细根的比根长和比表面积远大于高级根;水杉细根主要集中在距树干1.5m范围内;在垂直分布上,绝大部分的细根分布在0~20cm土层;表层以小直径细根为主,而土壤深层以大直径细根为主。[结论]该研究可为细根生态过程研究及人工林管理提供数据支持。[Objective] To research the morphology of fine roots of Metasequoia glyptostroboides plantation and its biomass distribution laws. [ Method ] morphological parameters of fine roots (diameter,length, specific root length, and specific surface area) and root biomass were detected by root drill method and WinRHIZO roots analyzer. [ Result ] With the enhancement of fine root order, the diameter and average length of fine roots of M. glyptostroboides showed a trend of increase. The specific root length and the specific root surface area in the first order roots were far larger than those of higher order roots. Fine roots of M. glyptostroboides were mainly concentrated within 1.5 m from tree trunk. Most of the fine root biomass was distributed in 0 - 20 cm soil layer. The fine roots of small diameter were in surface soil and the roots of large diameter were in deeper soil [ Conclusion ] This research provides data support for the the management of plantation and the research on fine root ecological processes.
