摘  要:[目的]采用火焰原子吸收光谱测定岩白菜中铁、镁、锌、铜、钙5种微量元素的含量。[方法]采用浓硝酸-高氯酸消解样品,并进行了方法的淮确性和精密度考察。[结果]岩白菜舍有丰富的金属元素,其中Ca、Mg含量最高,Fe、Cu含量相对偏低一些。该方法的加标回收率为96.76%-100.15%,各元素线性关系良好。[结论]该方法操作简便、精密度高、准确度好、数据可靠,研究结果可为岩白菜,的进一步研究和开发利用提供依据。[ Objective ] The contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu and Zn trace elements in Bergenia purpurascens were determined by FAAS method. [ Method] The samples were digested with HNO3 -HClO4, the accuracy and precision of the method was investigated. [ Result] The results showed that Bergenia purpurascens contains abundant metal elements, among which, contents of Ca and Mg are the highest, contents of Fe, Cu are relatively low. The recovery rate of the method was 96.76% - 100.15%, and the linear relationship of each element was good. [ Conclusion] The method has the advantages of simple operation, high precision and good accuracy, reliable data. The results of this study provide a basis for the further research and development of Bergenia purpurascens.
