摘　　要：介绍了中性聚合物键合剂(NPBA)在国内外的研究进展,总结了NPBA的设计与合成方法、应用和发展方向。认为研究新型NPBA及其在推进剂和炸药中的应用是今后的研究重点。The research progress of neutral polymeric bonding agents （NPBA） at home and abroad is introduced. The design, synthesis method, application and development direction of NPBA are summarized. It is considered that the research of novel NPBA and its application in propellant and explosive should be the future research focus.
