摘  要:用一步法合成了无增塑剂型软质热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),考察了聚酯多元醇结构对其力学性能、熔融态性能和加工工艺的影响。实验发现,无增塑剂型软质TPU具有优良的力学性能、较宽的加工温区和良好的加工可操作性,可广泛应用于注塑等加工工艺。The plasticizer-free soft thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) was synthesized by one-step method. The influence of polyester polyol structure on its mechanical performance, molten state performance and processing technology was investigated. It is found by experiments that the plasticizer-free soft TPU possesses excellent mechanical performance, wider processing temperature region and good processing operability, and it can be widely used in the processing technology such as injection molding etc.
