上海市郊新建三级公立医院费量分析评价

摘　　要：目的通过对上海市郊区新建4家三级公立医院运营情况的调查,评估郊区新建三级公立医院服务量与费用增长的关系。方法收集2013—2014年上海市郊区新建4家公立医院的门急诊、住院医疗服务数据及费用资料,评估服务量和费用增长关系。结果 2013—2014年4家新院费量增长迅速,费用增长的主要带动因素是业务量的增加;与市区母院相比,4家新院费量增长结构更为合理。结论在城市郊区建立三级公立医院分院,初步达到下沉优质市区医疗资源的目标,仍有不足,需开展大型公立医院内部优化。Objective Through surveys of the operation statue of four newly built public hospitals in suburbs in Shanghai, to evaluate the relationship of fee and amount-of-service of these hospitals. Methods The data of these hospitals＇ 2013-2014 outpatient and emergent services and in-hospital services were collected. Results The fee of these four newly built hospitals increased rapidly in 2013--2014. The main reason of the increase was the development of amount-of-service. Comparing with the original hospitals in downtown, the newly built hospitals had more rational in- creased relationship. Conclusion Building the public hospital in suburbs can improve the suburban health care system and achieve the better availability of high-quality medical resources. There are still many insufficient aspects and further re- form needs to be implemented.
