摘  要:目的制定符合中国国情的综合公立医院门诊患者体验量表。方法运用文献法、患者访谈和改良的专家咨询法初步设计出量表的维度和条目。结果两次咨询表的回收率分别为91.43%和87.5%,总体权威系数为0.80。根据专家咨询意见,结合患者访谈结果,初步形成了5个维度、37个条目,采用Likert 5分法进行计分的量表。结论应用专家咨询法初步设计出综合性公立医院门诊患者体验量表,但仍需进一步验证。Objective To develop a scale to measure outpatients experience of comprehensive public hospital, which would be suited for the current situation in China. Methods The literature analysis, patient interviews and Del- phi method were used to identify the dimensions and items of the scale. Results The results showed that the overall authority grade was 0.80 with the respond rates of 91.43% and 87.5%respectively. After the two-round meetings, combining the results of patient interviews, the 5-dimension, 37-item and 5-point Likert scale was developed. Con- clusion The scale for outpatients experience of comprehensive public hospital was set up, but it should be tested in the further research.
