摘　　要：手术质量是评价医院水平的一项重要标准,也是医疗质量管理重要组成部分。分析了手术质量管理现状以及存在的问题,阐述了手术过程质量监控内容和方法,提出了基于物联网技术的手术过程质量监控系统的设计思路,设计了手术过程质量监控系统的总体架构和功能,对改善围手术期医疗环境、降低手术风险、提高手术质量具有重要的意义。Operation quality is an important criterion to evaluate the level of the hospital, as an important part of medical quality management. This paper analyzed the present situation and problems of operation quality manage- ment, describing the content and methods of operation process quality monitoring, proposing the design ideas of opera- tion process quality monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology, and designed the overall architecture and functions for operation process quality monitoring system. It will be of important significance to improve the periop- erative medical environment, to reduce the operation risk, to improve the quality of operation, to ensure the safety of operation.
