加强太湖流域农业用水计量的思考

摘　　要：太湖流域地处平原河网地区,农业用水量大,耗水量高,面源污染形势严峻,流域节水空间和潜力巨大,推进农业用水计量是实行农业节水的一项关键措施。梳理了流域农业用水计量现状以及未进行有效计量的主要原因,结合流域内已开展的大量先行先试工作,提出加强流域农业用水计量工作的思考,建议开展全方位的农业用水定额观测工作,探索有流域发展特色的农业用水计量、节水减排道路。Located at the river network of plain, Taihu Lake Basin has great potential for saving water, but it faced great challenges from non-point pollution and high consumption of irrigated water. Extending metering of irrigated water use becomes increasing important for water saving in irrigation. A detailed analysis is made on current situation of water metering and reasons of failure of applying effective measurement. It is suggested to take all-round observation by irrigated water use quota and exploit a way for effective measurement of water use and reduction of water pollution.
