摘　　要：针对决策过程中评估属性值以语言信息来描述的情况,提出了一种基于GIOWA算子的坦克分队火力配系方案决策方法,并详细给出了该方法的计算步骤和算法。研究表明,该方法能够使得决策者在决策过程中简单、直接地表达自己的想法,同时可以不去确定评估属性的权重,使得决策结果更为客观合理,最后通过一个示例来验证方法的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the problem of evaluation attributes which described in language information during the decision-making process,this article proposes a decision-making method of fire system for tank element based on GIOWA operator,then,giving the calculation steps and methods in detail. Studying shows that this method can let the decision-maker express their thoughts in brief and directly during the decision-making process. Other more,this method do not need to calculate the evaluation attributes power,and make the decision result more objective and reasonable. Finally,this article gives an example to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
