摘  要:研究施氮量对甜菜可溶性糖、蔗糖、果糖、淀粉含量的影响,为甜菜生产的最佳氮肥管理提供理论依据。在大田条件下,选用甜菜品种H003为试验材料,设置7个施氮水平(0、40、80、120、160、200、240 kg/hm^2)。结果表明,同一施氮水平下,随着生育进程推进甜菜叶片可溶性糖含量呈先降低后升高的趋势,蔗糖、果糖呈降低-升高-降低的趋势,淀粉呈升高-降低-升高的趋势,蔗糖、果糖与淀粉变化规律相反。随着施氮水平的提高,甜菜叶片可溶性糖含量前期呈先降低后升高趋势,后期与之相反;施氮120~160 kg/hm^2有利于甜菜叶片蔗糖和果糖的累积以及淀粉积累峰值期的提前。综合分析表明,同一施氮水平,叶片可溶性糖含量呈先降低后升高的趋势,蔗糖和果糖表现出一致的变化规律,而淀粉与两者变化规律相反;施氮在120~160 kg/hm^2之间有利于甜菜碳水化合物同化、转化及积累代谢。The effects of different nitrogen levels on soluble sugar, sucrose, fructose and starch content wereinvestigated in order to provide a theoretical basis for nitrogen management in sugar beet production. A fieldexperiment was carried out using sugar beet cultivar H003 as the experimental material. Seven N applicationrates were designed: 0, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 240 kg/hm^2. The results showed that, at the same nitrogenfertilizer rate, the content of soluble sugar increased firstly and decreased subsequently as the developmentalprocess went on; the sucrose and fructose content presented a trend of decrease-increase-decrease; the starchcontent had a trend of increase- decrease- increase. At early growth stage, the content of soluble sugardecreased firstly and increased subsequently with the increase of N application, at late growth stage, the resultwas adverse. N application rate of 120-160 kg/hm^2 could increase the accumulation of sucrose and fructosecontent in sugar beet leaves and also advance the peak value of starch. Comprehensive analysis indicated that,at the same nitrogen fertilizer rate, soluble sugar content decreased firstly and increased subsequently, and thecontent of sucrose and fructose had consistent change regularities, yet the change of the starch content was adverse to them; N application rate of 120- 160 kg/hm^2 was beneficial to assimilation, translocation andaccumulation metabolism of sugar beet.
