摘　　要：本文对液体检材中γ-羟基丁酸的Smith颜色反应检测方法进行了系统研究。在考察Smith试剂稳定性与专属性、颜色反应检测限、复杂液态基质对颜色反应结果影响的基础上,建立了液体检材中γ-羟基丁酸的Smith颜色反应快速检测方法。该检测方法灵敏度较高,专属性较好,检测限可达5mg·m L-1。The paper describes the systematic research on screening test for Gamma-Hydroxybutyrate （GHB） in liquid sample by Smith Reagent. It demonstrates the stability and specificity of color reaction test for GHB by Smith Reagent. And it also shows the detection limit of color reaction by Smith Reagent in detection of GHB and the impact of complicated liquid matrix on the result of color reaction test. The method of screening test has high sensitivity and selectivity, and the detection limit of GHB in simple liquid matrix for the method was 5mg·mL^-1.
