摘 要:目的:了解深圳市社区医务人员的自测健康状况。方法:采用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V 1.0),对随机抽取的500名深圳市社区医务人员进行现场调查。结果:深圳市社区医务人员心理健康低于深圳市居民,社会健康高于深圳市居民(P<0.05);男性生理健康状况优于女性(P<0.05);中专及以下学历社区医务人员的社会健康低于大专、本科及以上社区医务人员(P<0.05);未正式聘用社区医务人员的生理、心理健康低于正式聘用社区医务人员(P<0.05);家庭人均月收入小于5000元的社区医务人员生理、心理、社会健康均低于其他社区医务人员(P<0.05)。结论:深圳市社区医务人员心理健康及社会健康均与深圳市居民有明显差异,且性别、学历、岗位类型、家庭人均月收入均是对深圳市社区医务人员健康自测结果影响较大的因素,因此应给予其针对性干预。Object: To find out the self - rated health status of community medical staff in Shenzhen city. Methods: A random sample of 500 community medical personnel in Shenzhen city were surveyed on - site with SRHM S V1. 0 assessment tool. Results: The mental health status of community health staff was lower than that of the residents in Shenzhen city ( P 〈 0.05 ), The health condition of the male medical staff in community was better than the female ( P 〈 0.05 ). The social health of community medical staff with secondary education or below was lower those with college, bachelor degree or above ( P 〈 0.05 ). The physiological and mental health of non - formal employment were lower than the formal employment ( P 〈 0.05 ). The physiological, psychological and social health of community medical staff earning less than 5000 RMB of the per capita monthly family income were lower than the others. Conclusion : The mental and social health of community medical staff has difference with that of the residents in Shenzhen city. Gender, educational background, the types of jobs, the per capita monthly family income are the great influence factors for the self - test health results of community medical staff in Shenzhen city, which should be paid targeted intervention.
