北京市某医院白血病患儿及家长的情绪处理研究

摘　　要：目的:通过由消极向积极的情绪转变来缓解白血病患儿及家长的治疗压力,提高患儿的康复指数。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,以个案及小组工作模式,对北京市某医院的白血病患儿及家长进行访谈与观察。结果:白血病患儿与家长普遍存在较大的治疗压力,情绪处理模型的介入可以很好地缓解患儿与家长的压力。结论:情绪处理能促进患儿身心康复,为特殊群体的心理需求研究提供了研究方向。Objective： The study designs to ease the great mental pressure which the children and their parents are faced with and promote the rehabilitation of the children by changing the negative moods. Methods： Transom sampling method was used to select children and their parents in the hospital in order to take the observational and interview methods and takes the social work theory as a guiding and combines case work with group work management mode, integrating into partial interview research. Results： The children with Leukemia and their parents are facing the great mental pressure from the medical treatment, the mood processing can ease the pressure effectively. Conclusion： Starting with the mechanism of mood processing, the paper summarize the practical experience and construct a basic frame of mood processing, providing a template in the study on psychological demands of special crowds.
