卧床运动治疗器对外科危重患者肢体功能锻炼的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨运用卧床运动治疗器对外科危重患者肢体功能锻炼的影响效果。方法：将2010年9月～2012年9月本院由护士协助进行的被动肢体锻炼方式的外科重症患者102例设为对照组；将2012年10月～2014年10月本院应用卧床运动治疗器进行肢体功能锻炼的外科重症患者112例为观察组，分别记录两组者锻炼前、锻炼7d与锻炼15d两组患者的机体组成成分、营养及免疫指标情况、首次下床时间、机械通气时间、住院时间等情况，对两组患者首次下床时间、机械通气时间、住院时间等进行比较。结果：两组患者机体组成成分、营养情况、免疫指标比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者在首次下床时间、机械通气时间、住院时间等方面比较具有统计学意义，（P〈0．05）。结论：运用卧床运动治疗器对患者进肢体功能锻炼操作简单，实施方便，且有利于患者的康复，值得推广。Objective：To explore the effects of lying in bed sports apparatus on the limb function exercise of critical patients. Methods：Take 102 critical pa- tients who have passive limb function exercise assisted by nurses between Sep. 2010 and Sep. 2012 as the control group and take 112 patients who have limb function exercise by lying in bed sports apparatus as observation group and record the organization composition , nutrition index, immunity index, first walk- ing time, mechanical ventilation time, hospital stays at three different times of both groups, before exercise, 7 days after exercise, 15 days after exercise. Then compare the first walking time, mechanical ventilation time, hospital stays of both groups. Results ： The comparison of organization composition, nutri- tion index and immunity index, of both groups has statistic meaning（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The comparison of first walking time, mechanical ventilation time, hospital stays of both groups has statistic meaning（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Lying in bed sports apparatus for the limb function exercise of patients is simple and easy to operate. Besides, it is beneficial for the recovery of patients, which should be applied.
