微信群在PICC置管患者院外维护中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨通过微信群的方式指导携带PICC置管出院患者在院外维护管路的效果。方法：采取建立微信群管理小组的方式，通过微信对2013年10月~2014年10月出院的50例携带PICC置管的患者进行健康指导、院外导管维护的指导和监督并作为试验组，观察PICC留置时间与患者满意度，并与2012年9月～2013年9月出院的50例患者作为对照组进行比较。结果：试验组PICC留置时间和患者满意度均显著高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用微信群对院外PICC置管患者进行管理和指导，可以促进患者及其家属的自觉性和主动性，从而延长PICC导管的使用期，是简单、实用、高效的健康教育方法。Objective：To explore the effects of guiding PICC catheter maintenance among the discharged patients who have catheter through wechat group. Methods： To establish a wechat group and carry out health guidance, guidance and supervision about catheter maintenance among those 50 PICC catheter patients who dis- charged between Oct 2013 and Oct 2014,and take them as treatment group to watch the retention time of PICC catheter and the satisfaction of patients. Besides, take 50 patients who discharged between Sep. 2012 and Sep. 2013 as control group and compare the situation of two groups. Results ：The retention time of PICC cath- eter and the satisfaction of patients of treatment group patients was higher than that of control group patients and the differences between two groups have statistic meaning（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Guiding PICC catheter maintenance among the discharged patients who have catheter through wechat group can enhance the con- sciousness and initiative of patients and their relatives, extend the lifetime of PICC catheter. It is a simple, practical and efficient health education method.
