综合性医院手术室专科护士培训方案的设置与实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性医院手术室专科护士培训方案的设置与实践效果。方法:设置科学合理的综合性医院手术室专科护士培训方案,参照《专科护理领域护士培训大纲》《手术室专科护士培训与考核》及《手术室护理技术规范》中的相关内容进行理论及实践技能培训,在文献回归及半结构式访谈的基础上,应用德尔菲法向江苏省内权威的22名手术室护理专家进行两轮的问卷咨询。结果:两轮咨询专家的积极性分别为95.45%和100%,权威系数为0.869。理论培训方案最终确立为13个一级条目和55个二级条目,临床实践技能培训方案最终确立为10个一级条目和50个二级条目,各条目的重要性赋值均>4.0分,变异系数均<0.25。结论:专家的积极性高,代表性强,权威程度较好,对培训方案的评价一致性较高,函询结果具有一定的科学性和可靠性,设置的手术室专科护士培训方案能较好的反映研究主题,为综合性医院合理开展手术室专科护士的培训提供理论依据。Objective ： This research is for studying the effect of the scheduling and practice of operating roomspecialist nurse training program. Methods ： The training of both theory and practical skills was conducted on the basis of the related content of the three books ： Outline of Specialist Nurse Training, The Training and Accessment of Operating Room Specialist Nurse, and Technical Manual for Operating Room Nursing, on the basis of old thesis analysis and semi - structured interviews, Delphi method was applied to two rounds of questionnaire consulting for the authority of 22 operating room nursing experts of Jiangsu province. Results：In the two rounds of expert consultations, experts positive coefficients were 95.45% and 100%, the authoritative coefficients of experts were 0. 869. The theory training programs were set for 13 first level entries and 55 second level entries, and the clinic practical skill training programs were set for 10 first level entries and 50 second level entries. All entries＇importance assignment was above 4.0, and all variable coefficients were below 0.25. Conclusion：Experts are highly proactive, representative and authoritative, thus their assessment towards the training scheme are in high consistency. As a consequence ,the consulting result is scientific and reliable. The traning scheme provides the theoretical basis for the rational conduct of comprehensive hos- pital operation room specialist nurse training.
