摘 要:试验以16周龄略阳鸡群体内的白皮肤鸡和乌皮肤鸡为研究对象,揭示MC1R基因在这两个类群的皮肤及胸肌组织中的表达差异。采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术分别对白皮肤鸡与乌皮肤鸡的皮肤和胸肌组织中MC1R基因的表达量进行分析。结果表明,MC1R基因在两个类群鸡的皮肤和胸肌组织均能表达;MC1R基因两个类群皮肤组织表达差异不显著(P=0.443>0.05);MC1R基因在两个类群胸肌组织中表达差异不显著(P=0.512>0.05);MC1R基因在白皮肤鸡皮肤和胸肌组织中表达差异不显著(P=0.845>0.05);MC1R基因在乌皮肤鸡皮肤和胸肌组织中表达差异显著(P=0.034<0.05)。MC1R基因仅在乌皮肤略阳鸡的皮肤和胸肌组织中的表达量存在差异。揭示出MC1R基因虽是调控色素沉积的主效基因,但其表达会受其它基因的影响和调控。This project focused on white and black skin Lueyang chicken at 16 weeks. The aim ot tins study is to reveal MC1R gene expression differences in skin and chest muscle tissues of these two skin color groups. The expression of MCIR gene was tested by real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) technique. It showed that MC1R gene can be expressed in skin and chest muscle tissues of two skin color groups; It had no significant difference between both skin tissues(P = 0. 443〉0. 05) and chest muscle tissues (P = 0.512 〉0.05) There was no significant difference between skin and chest muscle tissues in white skin group (P =0. 845〉0.05) ; however, black skin group displayed significant difference in skin and chest muscle tissues (P=0. 034〈0.05). MCIR gene only displayed significant difference in skin and chest muscle tissues of black skin Lueyang chicken. Therefore, although MCIR gene was the major gene in regulating pigmen- tation, the expression of MC1R gene could be affected by other genes.
