摘 要:为了研究多菌种复合发酵饲料对杜长大(DLY)育肥猪生产性能的影响,Ⅰ组采用多菌种复合发酵饲料饲喂,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别采用市售的2种全价颗粒饲料饲喂。研究结果表明,多菌种复合发酵饲料饲喂的Ⅰ组猪,平均日增重最大,分别比Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组高5.3%、5.6%,差异显著(P<0.05);平均料肉比最低,分别比Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组低8.7%、8.4%,差异显著(P<0.05);平均发病率最低,分别比Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组低44.6%、49.1%,差异显著(P<0.05);平均医疗费用最低,分别比Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组低48.7%、51.8%,差异显著(P<0.05)。多菌种复合发酵饲料饲喂的Ⅰ组猪肉样品中,氨基酸总量最高,分别比Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组高12.6%、27.4%,差异显著(P<0.05);必需氨基酸总量最高,分别比Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组高14.7%、25.3%,差异显著(P<0.05);不饱和脂肪酸总量最高,分别比Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组高6.2%、4.2%,差异显著(P<0.05);饱和脂肪酸含量最低,分别比Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组低4.3%、0.8%,Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组相比差异显著(P<0.05)、与Ⅲ组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,多菌种复合发酵饲料能有效提高DLY猪的生产性能,降低料肉比,降低发病率,减少医疗费用的支出,提高猪肉品质。The effect of combination fermentation feed with various bacteria on the performances of Shaanxi DLY growing-finishing pig was studied. Group I was fed by combination fermentation feed with various bacteria, group 2 was fed by complete formula feed of local brand and group 3 was fed by another brand of complete formula feed. The results showed that the average daily gain of group 1 was the highest, 5.3% and 5.60/60 (P〈0.05) higher than that of group 2 and group 3 respectively. The average feed/meat ratio of group 1 was the lowest, 8.7%, 8.4% percent (P〈0.05) lower than that of group 2 and group 3. The average incidence rate of group 1 was the lowest, and lower than that of group 2 and group 3 by 44.6%, 49.1% (P〈0.05). The average medical expense of group 1 was the lowest, and lower than that of group 2 and group 3 by 48.7%, 51.8% (P〈0.05). The total content of amino acids and essential amino acids in group 1 were all the highest, 12.6%, 27.4% (P^0.05) and 14.7%, 25.3% (P〈0.05) higher than that of group 2 and group 3 respectively. The total content of unsaturated fatty acids in group I was highest, and higher than that of group 2 and group 3 by 6.2% and 4.2% (P〈0.05). But the total content of saturated fatty acids in group 1 was lowest, which was 4.3% (P〈0.05), 0.8% (P〉0.05) lower than that of group 2 and group 3. In conclusion, the combination fermentation feed by various bacteria was more effective than the two kinds of brand complete formula feed in improving the performance, lowering the feed/meat ratio, reducing the morbidity, the medical expenditures and improving the meat quality of DLY growing-finishing pig.
