摘  要:采用瘤胃尼龙袋法,研究"美克斯"、"海里克斯"和"特高"3个多花黑麦草品种拔节期干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、粗蛋白(CP)等养分的瘤胃降解特性。结果表明:"美克斯"和"海里克斯"的DM和NDF快速降解组分和慢速降解组分均高于"特高",而CP的快速降解组分和慢速降解组分大小则是"美克斯">"海里克斯">"特高",差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);DM有效降解率为"美克斯">"海里克斯">"特高",差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);"美克斯"NDF可降解程度和有效降解率均为最高,差异达到显著水平(P<0.05)。从3个多花黑麦草品种间营养成分的瘤胃降解特性综合比较,在瘤胃中的降解效果排序为"美克斯">"海里克斯">"特高"。The rumen degradability of three ryegrass varieties in the jointing stage was studied by Ny- lon-bag technique. The results showed that the rapid and slow degradable components of DM and NDF of "Maximus" and "Hercules" were higher than that of the "Tregold", and the rapid and slow CP-degradable component were "Maximus"〉" Hercules"〉"Tregold", with a significant difference (P〈0.05) ; The DM effective degradability were "Maximus"〉"Hercules"〉"Tregold", and the difference was significant (P〈0.05); The NDF degradation of biodegradable extent and effective rates were the highest in the three ryegrass varieties, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). As a result, the nutrient degradation in the rumen were "Maximus"〉"Hercules"〉"Tregold".
