摘　　要：大学新生在适应过程会在学校环境、自我定位、人际关系、学业等方面遇到各种障碍,帮助他们顺利度过适应期具有非常重要的意义。因此,本文从接纳承诺疗法的角度分析了大学新生出现心理障碍的原因,并提出了具体的应对策略。College freshmen will encounter a lot of obstacles in the school environment, self - image, interpersonal relationship and academic aspects, to help them navigate the adaptation has very important significance. Therefore, this article analyzes the cause of psychological barriers in college freshmen from acceptance and commitment therapy, and puts forward the specific strategies.
