摘 要:在田间种植条件下,对夏大豆早熟7号及早熟14号的光合特性观察表明:叶片光合速率在全展后3-5天达最大值;叶片“午睡”现象明显。三出复叶中的中小叶的光合速率、比叶重及叶面积的性状指标高于左、右两片小叶,而左、右小叶之间差异不大。不同叶龄时期的叶片,其光呼吸、光饱和点及CO_2补偿点差异显著,光呼吸与光合速率呈正相关,CO_2补偿点与光合速率呈负相关。夏大豆绿色豆荚的光合速率很低,而子叶的光合速率却较高。The photosynthetic characteristics of summer-sown soybean were studied systamically with two varieties (Early-maturing No. 7 and Early-maturing No. 14) under field conditions in 1986-1987. The results are as follows:The net photosynthetic rate (NPR) per unit leaf area came to the maximum in 3-5 days after the leaf wholly expanded. The middle-leaflet of trifoliolate showed higher NPR, specific leaf weight (SLW) and leaf area, and those had a little differences between left-and right-leaflets. The midday depression of leaf NPR was obvious. The photorespiration rate and CO_2 compensation concentration changed with the leaf age, the former was positively correlated to NPR and the latter negatively.The NPR of green pods was very small, and that of cotyledon higher.
