摘  要:制备了环氧树脂(EP)结构胶用低温(5℃)固化剂。采用固定E(表观活化能)值和可变E直法对EP/低温固化剂体系进行非等温固化动力学研究。研究结果表明:采用固定E值法和可变E值法计算出该体系的E值(分别为59.78kJ/mol和55.98~64.39kJ/mol)明显低于其他常温固化体系,说明其反应活性较高。固定E值法计算简单,可快速对体系的反应活性进行判定;可变E值法可真实反映体系的E值随反应进程的变化情况,但计算较为复杂,不利于快速筛选。The low temperature (5 ℃ ) curing agent for epoxy resin (EP) structure adhesive was prepared. The non-isothermal curing kinetics of the EP/low temperature curing agent system was investigated by fixed or variable E(apparent activation energy) values methods. The research results showed that the above system had the higher reactivity because the E values (59.78, 55.98- 64.39 kJ/mol respectively) of the above system, which were calculated by fixed or variable E values methods, were obviously lower than those of other room temperature curing systems. The fixed E value method, which calculate was simple, could quick identify the reactivity of system. The variable E values could really reflect the change between the E value of system and reaction process ,but it was not conducive to rapid screening because its calculation was more complex.
