摘 要:采用模塑成型法制备了氰酸酯(CE)树脂/纳米碳化硅(nano-SiC)复合材料,通过磨损率、摩擦因数和扫描电镜(SEM)表征,探讨了经硅烷偶联剂表面处理过的nano-SiC对CE/nano-SiC复合材料摩擦性能的影响。研究结果表明:硅烷偶联剂对复合材料磨损率的影响大于对摩擦因数的影响;与未经硅烷偶联剂表面处理过的CE/nano-SiC复合材料相比,nano-SiC表面经硅烷偶联剂(如KH-560、SCA-3和SEA-171等)处理后,相应复合材料的磨损率降幅分别为51.52%、54.11%和55.84%,稳定摩擦因数降幅分别为5.94%、8.13%和12.19%;3种硅烷偶联剂中SEA-171的改性效果相对最好。The cyanate ester (CE) resin/nano- silicon carbide ( nano- SiC ) composite was prepared by molding forming, the influences of nano-SiC, which surface was treated by silane coupler, on friction properties of CE/nano-SiC composite were discussed through wear rate, friction factor and scanning electron microscope (SEM) characterization. The research results showed that the influence of silane coupler on wear rate of composite was larger than that on friction factor. Compared with CE/nano-SiC composite, which nano-SiC surface wasn't treated by silane coupler, the wear rate decreasing amplitudes of corresponding CE/nano-SiC composites, which nano-SiC surface was treated by silane coupler(such as KH-560, SCA-3 and SEA-171 ), were 51.52%, 54.11% and 55.84% respectively, stable friction factor decreasing amplitudes were 5.94%, 8.13% and 12.19% respectively. The modified result of SEA-171 was relatively best in three silane couplers.
