软段含离子基团的聚醚型水性聚氨酯性能研究

摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为基本原料,采用预聚体法以分子设计的方式合成了具有不同R[即n(—NCO)/n(—OH)]值且软段含有离子基团的聚醚型WPU(水性聚氨酯)。研究结果表明:当w(DMPA)=5%(相对于WPU质量而言)、中和度为100%时,随着R值的不断增加,WPU胶膜的干燥速率常数呈先降后升态势,拉伸剪切强度呈先升后降态势,初始失重温度有所下降,但耐水性和拉伸强度增强;当R=1.10时,WPU胶膜的力学性能、耐水性和粘接性能俱佳。With polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol (PTMG) , dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and isophorone diisoeyanate (IPDI) as basic raw materials, the polyether type WPU (waterborne polyurethane) , which had the different R (namely molar ratio of--NCO to --OH) values and soft segments containing ion groups, was synthesized by molecular design and prepolymer method. The research results showed that the drying speed of WPU film had the trend of fall-rise, the tensile shear strength had the trend of rise-fall, initial weight loss temperature was somewhat reduced, but water resistance and tensile strength were enhanced with increasing R values when mass fraction of DMPA was 5% in WPU, neutralization degree was 100%. The mechanical properties, water resistance and bonding properties of WPU film were all good when R value was 1.10.
