摘 要:结合珠江新城某项目C80高强高性能混凝土大量施工应用,根据混凝土配合比设计规程,科学合理的进行配合比计算,求出基准配合比。利用两种高活性矿物掺合料(矿渣粉和硅粉)和高效减水剂“三掺技术”,多次试验配制出便于超高泵送、和厉陛好(施工坍落度在180~220mm,扩展度大于600mm)的C80高性能混凝土,为今后类似配合比设计提供参考和借鉴。With the mass construction application of C80 high strength concrete in Pearl River New Town. In this paper, according to the concrete mix design discipline, it scientifically calculated the mix proportion, so as to determine the benchmark mix proportion.This paper adopted"trinal mixing technology",which includes two kinds of high performance mixing (slag powder and silica fume) and high efficiency water reducing agent. Through many experiments,we makes a facilitating high pumping and good workability(slump is between 180mm and 220mm,fluidity is more than 600mm) C80 high performance concrete, for the future of the design of similar mix proportion to provide the beneficial reference and using for reference.
