摘 要:横梁导轨是龙门镗铣床重要的支撑部件,其直线度精度直接影响工件的加工精度。针对龙门镗铣床长时间运行后横梁导轨直线度精度降低的问题,依托有限元技术,从横梁结构和现场装配工艺两个角度提出解决方案。从横梁结构上改进来提高抗弯刚度,从工艺上调整立柱的地脚螺栓处垫铁。通过横梁导轨变形量试验,结构和工艺都改进后的横梁导轨直线度提高超过50%,说明改进方法对提高横梁导轨直线度有明显作用。Beam guide rail is an important supporting component of gantry boring - milling machine, the straight- ness accuracy affects machining precision of the parts directly. For the problem of beamguide rail straightness accuracy degradation after the gantry boring - milling machine to run for a long time, based on finite element analysis technology, two solutions from the angle of beam structure and assembly process are put forward. Improvement is to improve the bending stiffness for the beam structure, adjus- ting the pad irons of anchor bolts of column for the process. By the beam guide rail deformation test, beamguide rail straightness increases more than 50% after structure and technology are improved, shows that improved method has obvious effect to improve the beam guide rail straightness.
