摘 要:为体现Dymola建模仿真上的优越性,以动态困油模型为基础,充分利用Dymola的图形化建模特点,结合Dymola的面向对象和非因果联系的特性,解决了动态困油模型中机、液系统之间参数无缝交换的问题。在Dymola现有标准库模型的基础上,由修改编制的困油容积、困油流量、泄漏流量以及一维转动等组件模型,搭建了动态困油模型的Dymola仿真模型,案例参数下的仿真结果与试验结果比较吻合。结果表明:采用Dymola语言进行困油压力仿真的思路有效、可行。Based on the dynamic trapped-oil model,in order to fully reflect the superiority on Dymola in modeling and simulation,combined with object-oriented nature and non-causal nature and fully used graphical modeling features of Dymola,the problem of parameters seamless exchange between machine system and fluid system involved in dynamic trapped-oil model was solved. By the modification of the existing standard library model of Dymola,from these new created component models of trapped-oil volume,trapped-oil flow,leakage flow and one-dimensional rotation and etc.,the Dymola simulation model based on existing dynamic trapped-oil model was built,and the simulation results from parameters of actural situation more in line with the experimental ones was obtained. The conclusion shows that using the Dymola language is effective and feasible for the simulation of trapped-oil pressure.
