摘　　要：养羊业是伊犁畜牧业的重要支柱产业,年存栏羊450万只左右,其中细毛羊50多万只。本文介绍了伊犁河谷细毛羊的发展历程,分析了导致当地细毛羊产业滑坡的主要原因;在对细毛羊与哈萨克羊的养殖成本和收益进行比较分析后,认为随着牧区基础设施的逐步完善和牧民素质的进一步提高,坚持"保毛增肉"措施,走规模养殖产业化发展道路,同时加强优质种群的保护,可以提高细毛羊养殖效益及其畜产品的市场竞争能力,细毛羊业将有望重振辉煌。Sheep industry is an important pillar of the animal husbandry in Yili, and its annual breeding stock is about 4.5 million, of which the fine-wool sheep are more than 0.5 million.This paper introduces the development of fine-wool sheep in Yili River Valley, and analyzes the main causes for landslide of local fine-wool sheep industry; with comparative analysis of costs and benefits between fine-wool sheep and kazak sheep, this paper puts forwards that the benefits of fine-wool sheep and the market competitiveness of related by-products can be improved by insisting the measures of "protecting wool and increasing meat" with the development of large-scale breeding industrialization as well as strengthening protection for high quality species. Therefore, it is expected to revive the glory of fine-wool sheep industry.
