摘  要:以汽车底盘万向节叉零件加工夹具设计为例,介绍了零件的作用、应用场合,分析了零件的技术要求,为了保证加工质量,提高加工效率,进行了万向节叉零件的机械加工工艺规程和专用机床夹具的设计,设计的夹具操作便捷,夹持可靠,减轻了劳动强度,具有很好的经济效率.Taking yokes parts processing fixture design as an example,this paper introduces the effect and applications of typicalparts and analyzes the technical requirements of the parts as well. In order to ensure the quality of processing and improve the efficiency,both machining technology rules to the parts and design of special machine fixture were carried out. Thus,the fixture designed is very sta-ble and convenient to operate,which has considerable economic benefits.
